10 Reasons to Love Network Marketers

Corporate leaders can learn much from the network marketing people-building model. When it comes to self-improvement and their development as team and business leaders, network marketers get it!

I don’t have to convince them that changing the quality of their thinking to challenge the way that they have been conditioned to think is fundamental to their success. It is central to the culture of the industry.

Here are my 10 reasons to love network marketers, from my perspective as a motivational speaker, teacher and coach:

  1. ❤️ their VISION. Network marketers don’t think small – they DREAM BIG.
  2. ❤️ that they VALUE THEIR LIFE so much that they REFUSE TO SETTLE for average, striving instead for the EXTRAORDINARY, for EXCELLENCE and to leave a LEGACY that goes beyond making a Last Will & Testament.
  3. ❤️ their BOLDNESS – they not only embrace change, but run headlong towards it, SEIZING LIFE by the proverbials.
  4. ❤️ their mindset – always LEARNING, always GROWING, always wanting to IMPROVE – to be and do BETTER.
  5. ❤️ their POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE – the way they think “I CAN!” when everyone else is thinking “I CAN’T!” or “It’s too hard!”, or is trying to convince them they’ll never succeed because they haven’t before or they lack the qualifications, contacts or ability – or because it’s a “Scam!” or a “Pyramid Scheme!”. (Yawn!)
  6. ❤️ the way their success is built on INSPIRING others, ENCOURAGING others and HELPING others to succeed: more “WE”, less “me”.
  7. ❤️ that they understand how VALUES apply in real life and are willing to CHANGE BEHAVIOUR that doesn’t align with their “higher purpose” and the future they see for themselves.
  8. ❤️ that they model a culture that celebrates EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION, championing each other and learning side-by-side, as well as from each other.
  9. ❤️ that they operate from a place of LIFTING EACH OTHER UP, not tearing each other down or capitalising on others’ weaknesses. They offer feedback, not criticism, and a helping hand.
  10. ❤️ that they’ve heard of JOHN MAXWELL! Say John’s name to a network marketer and BINGO! Their eyes light up: “You’re a member of HIS TEAM? Wow! I’ve read How Successful People Think! or “The 5 Levels of Leadership is my BIBLE! I keep it on my desk!”
