In 2016, following on from the team’s successful programme in Guatemala, 250 of my John Maxwell Team colleagues travelled to Paraguay to begin the cultural transformation of the nation. In one week, 15,000 people from all backgrounds – congress to police and military, education to healthcare, banking to ministry – and beyond – received experiential training in the facilitation of values roundtables.
Transformation Paraguay is a 3 year programme that aims to train 700,000 leaders – 10% of the population – which we ascertain will create a tipping point by training leaders to grow leaders.
