A head start for young people as they embark on adult life.

Leaving school is a cause for celebration for most, but taking that first step into the world as an adult with legal responsibilities can also be daunting and bewildering.

Whether embarking on the next stage of their lives in Higher Education… taking a gap year… or opting to skip further studies to learn on the job, many young people find this transition as challenging as puberty.

A coaching course will help to establish a healthy growth mindset and support them with a combination of mentorship (guidance through the sharing of acquired wisdom and experience) and pure coaching (the skill of asking good questions to help them to gain clarity and focus).

They will not only grow in confidence and self-worth, but the investment in coaching will help them to find the answers they are seeking where they lay undetected – within themselves. This could save precious time and prevent them making common mistakes, such as choosing courses or career paths for which they are unsuited.

They will also gain invaluable skills in self-leadership which will benefit them for life.

The Gift of Student MoJo will also help those who are mid-study who may be struggling with an aspect of life at college or university, their degree studies or with their plans and aspirations post-graduation. (If it emerges that counselling is required, then the coachee will be advised to seek it and coaching will be curtailed.)
