Starting in my hometown of Hull, before rolling out, Make Your Marque Leadership Circles are for the most committed individuals.
Leaders of all levels are welcome to apply:
- Seasoned leaders who want share what they’ve learned, embrace fresh ideas and contribute to the growth of others
- Emerging or aspiring leaders who want to learn how to get the best out of people.
…as well as people who are not leaders in the conventional sense. You already are a leader, whether you see yourself as one or not. You just need the right attitude and the desire to commit your best-self to growing your influence and the people around you.
Members must commit to a MYM Leadership Circle for a minimum of 12 months, paid in advance. Once a Circle has started, it is closed to new members, regardless of whether it is full or not. You can either wait for the launch of a new Circle or for the cohort of an existing Circle to near its completion, when membership will reopen for a short time.
Your annual membership fee includes:
- 12 meetings x 3 hours (once monthly)
- Hour 1: Dining. Nothing worse than teaching a group of hungry people!
- Hour 2: Teaching by me or a guest speaker on an aspect of leadership or related professional development.
- Hour 3:
- Part 1: Group Mastermind – a combination of discussion, mentoring, coaching.
- Part 2: Accountability: 1-2-1 with your Circle accountability partner (allocated at the first session) to discuss how you intend to apply what you’ve learned to your life or workplace.
- Membership of a secret Facebook community. New members will be added from every Leadership Circle launched, facilitating support, engagement and new connections.
There will be a simple selection process based on the responses to a short questionnaire. I will be looking for evidence of the right mindset and attitude than titles, qualifications or experience.
