The Global Youth Initiative (GYI) launched in April 2017.
Participating John Maxwell Team members give up their fees for a week in April and October annually to deliver programmes which will equip and empower young people to overcome their challenges.
The first GYI saw 350 JMT Coaches serve over 200,000 youth at 818 sites in 52 Countries!
Participants learn:
- How to have a positive self-image
- How to respect themselves and others
- How to be a positive influence on their peers
- How to fail forward towards success
